Outsourced Medical is a subsidiary of Clark Staff. This notice explains the analytics and contact features on outsourcedmedical.com. It concerns this public website, not patient records handled under a separate service agreement.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages people visit and how they use our website. It is off until you choose Allow analytics. If you agree, Google receives information such as the pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location, referral source, and interactions such as scrolling or clicking a contact link. These reports help us improve the website.

Your choice

Choose No thanks to browse without Google Analytics. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of a page to change your choice. We store your preference in this browser for up to six months. If you allow analytics, first-party cookies with names beginning _ga help distinguish visits; we configure these cookies to expire after six months. Withdrawing consent stops the tag and clears these analytics cookies in this browser. It does not erase information already processed by Google.

What we keep out of analytics

We do not send contact-form entries or patient records to Google Analytics. Site-search and automatic form-interaction tracking are disabled. Our tag removes URL query strings from page addresses and referrers, and email redaction is enabled in Analytics. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag.

Contact forms and external services

Our contact page uses a Zoho form for business enquiries. Information you submit through that form is sent to our team through Zoho to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include patient information or medical records. Embedded services and external websites have their own privacy practices.

Hosting and administration

The hosting service processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect this website. WordPress uses necessary session cookies when an administrator signs in. These functions are separate from the optional Google Analytics tag.
